Wireless Media d.o.o. Podgorica is the publisher of Mondo.me portal, and is part of the larger media group - Mondo Inc., owned by Igor Žeželj, Serbian businessman. Mondo.me is a branch of the Mondo.rs portal from Serbia.The Mondo portal is mainly based on video formats and posts on social media networks. Their primary focus is on Instagram and TikTok videos.

According to the official information published on their website, Mondo.me has six persons employed in the Montenegrin editorial. However, there is no information about the editor-in-chief.

Mondo Inc, a Serbian company whose ultimate owner is Igor Žeželj, is the legal successor of Adria Media Group (AMG), which was the publisher of the Serbian daily newspaper Kurir, the Internet portal and television of the same name, as well as a number of specialised magazines.

Adria Media Group formally ceased to exist with the merger agreement with Mondo Inc. The agreement stipulates that all rights, obligations and assets of AMG will be transferred to the ownership of Mondo Inc. and that AMG will cease to exist as a legal entity upon the entry into force of this contract.

Adria Media Group, which was the owner of Kurir until 1 August 2023, received approximately RSD 32.5 million (USD 296,000) for 63 projects from 2019 to 2022 in open calls for co-financing of media content by state institutions and local self-government bodies. The largest number of projects (eight) came from the City of Belgrade, which awarded Adria Media Group a total of approximately RSD 10 million (approximately 91,000 USD).
