    IN4S NGO is a publisher of the online portal IN4S. The portal is known for provocative behaviour, and publishing hoaxes as key information. For instance the portal claims its editor-in-chief to be the famous Cuban boxer, Félix Savón, as well as their official contact address being located in Havana Cuba (precisely on Calle Lamparilla 110 e, San Ignacio). According to the official information from the Serbian House Montenegro, portal IN4S is located in their premises.

    Portal IN4S is not enrolled in the official Montenegrin media registry. The online media is run by a non-profit organisation and, therefore, has no owners. The NGO IN4S was founded by Vladimir Božović, Suzana Raičević, Velibor Adžić, Marina Božović and Gojko Raičević.

    In November 2019, the US Embassy in Podgorica accused the portal of being under direct influence from the Kremlin.

    Most headlines refer to the controversial statements or activities of its CEO, Gojko Raičevic. He is one of the founders of the Serbian House in Montenegro, whose establishment and funding were supported by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučič and the Government of Serbia.

    There is no sufficient information available about Gojko Raičević. Until 2009, he was secretary general of the Serbian National Council of Montenegro. He is one of the founders of the Serbian House in Montenegro, whose establishment and funding were supported by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučič and the Government of Serbia.

    Raičević was also a director of the daily newspaper “Sloboda” which was published for several months in 2018 in Montenegro and then was shut down. He was publicly mentioned as one of the candidates for the head of RTV Budva, the local public broadcaster, but was eventually not appointed.

    His wife is also one of the founders of the NGO IN4S.
