Prva TV
Prva TV Montenegro shares the branding and ownership with Prva TV Serbia (Prva Srpska Televizija), a national television broadcaster in Serbia.
Prva TV Montenegro was bought together with its sister TV Prva Serbia in 2018, by the Serbian businessman Srđan Milovanović through a Cyprus based Kopernikus Corporation ltd. Prva TV Montenegro does not publicly disclose the name of its editor-in-chief. Media reports have diverging information as to the identity of the channel's editor in chief. So according to some reports Dražen Živković, former owner and editor of Portal Borba, was appointed editor-in-chief of Prva TV in 2021. While other media reported that Marina Jočić was the new programme director of Prva. Jočić is a high-ranking official of the Democratic Front, a political group that maintains close relations with the Serbian ruling party and its President Aleksandar Vučić. The Television channel neither confirmed nor denied any of the claims about the editor-in-chief, hence it remains unclear whether the Prva TV has one at all.

Some media have reported that Dražen Živković has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief in 2021. However, the media outlet did not confirm the fact. Živković is the TV Prva editor who runs a political talk show. Previously, Živković was the owner and founder of the portal Borba (www.borba.me). At a column published in Borba in 2021 Živković signed himself as a founder of Borba and Editor-in-Chief of Prva TV Crna Gora. His facebook profile also refers to him as editor-in-chief of Prva TV.
On the other hand, some media reported that Marina Jočić was appointed head of TV Prva. However, this TV for the entire period had the Executive Director who still performs this duty - Ivan Vukčević. Jočić was a former MP of the pro-Serbian Democratic Front (2016-2020) and, later on, the president of the Board of Directors of the National Parks of Montenegro for a short period. Jočić’s role in TV Prva, if any, is not publicly disclosed or confirmed.
