Of that number, 547 thousand accounts were registered at M-tel, a Serbian state-owned Telecom subsidiary, while Crnogorski Telekom, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telecom had 513 thousand accounts. The remaining 388 thousand accounts are registered within One Crna Gora, a subsidiary of Hungarian 4iG.

Furthermore, insights from LinkedIn's advertising resources indicated a membership of 110.0 thousand in Montenegro. Additionally, X's advertising data pointed out that X had 68.5 thousand users in Montenegro in early 2023.
