Adria TV

Adria TV, previously known as A1, is owned by the fugitive Montenegrin businessman Duško Knežević. A1 television was bought by the Serbian businessman Bratislav Stojiljković, was renamed into Adria TV, and obtained a national frequency from the Agency for Electronic Media of Montenegro.

In 2023 Stojiljković stepped out, and new owners appear to be Miloš Janjušević and Aca Babić, who are not known in the media circles in the country. There is no publicly available information on the circumstances and terms of the ownership change.

Program director and editor-in-chief of Adria TV is Rajka Raičević, an experienced editor and journalist from Montenegro, who has previously worked in the daily “Dan”.

Adria Management Services d.o.o. owes Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) more than 50,000 euros, and a procedure has been initiated to forcibly collect these funds because of debts.
